Robert Criss
Partner
Robert came to us with ten years of experience as a CFO in the trucking, wholesale petroleum, and real estate industries. He has eighteen years of experience in retail management and retail sales. He has now accumulated over a decade of accounting experience in the RTO industry. Robert has extensive experience in accounting system conversions, ERP software implementations, and developed an operating system with a computer programmer for the trucking industry. He continually strives to increase efficiencies using software and IT solutions. Robert has a BS in Accounting from Florida Southern College and is a member of the Institute of Managerial Accountants.
Bertie Charland
Partner
Bertie Charland has 20 years accounting experience. Bertie is open to learning new ways of doing things and takes on challenges that are sometimes out of her comfort zone. Bertie works with Management team to find solutions. Bertie is Controller and Partner of E-Office Solutions, LLC and E-Office Payroll Solutions, LLC. She has been with the company since inception for over 20 years. Prior to joining us, Bertie was in Retail Management for over 10 years with Winn Dixie. She worked her way from cashier to location manager. Bertie works closely with the Bankers and Insurance Brokers to ensure our clients are getting the best results. Communicates with the owners during renewal of insurances to keep them posted every step of the way. Bertie has BS in Accounting. She lives in Florida with husband. She enjoys fishing and going to the beach.
Michele Hulbert
Payroll Operations Director
Michele Hulbert is the payroll operations director of E-Office Solutions. Michele has worked in the human resource, payroll and benefit outsourcing industry for 33+ years. Her experience and expertise are human resource information systems, process engineering, training and leadership. Michele has owned a start-up administrative service organization. She has held leadership roles in professional employer organizations and government businesses servicing 1,200 to 175,000 work site employees. Michele has a bachelor’s degree from Eckerd College in organizational development and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. She possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and understands how important these services are to the business she serves. She is excited to be part of the E-Office Solutions team and looks forward to supporting our clients.

Mitch Breedlove
Controller
Mitch brings over a decade of experience in public accounting and financial leadership to E-Office Solutions, with a proven track record across Big 4 audit, hedge funds, broker-dealers, and tech startups. He began his career as a financial auditor at Big 4 accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the Dutch Caribbean, where he specialized in auditing offshore investment funds, banks, and trust companies. He later served as a Funds Operations Manager for a U.S.-based hedge fund, overseeing the full investment accounting lifecycle and ensuring accurate daily valuation and reporting for investors. As Director of Accounting and Finance for a multi-billion-dollar RIA financial broker- dealer, Mitch oversaw core accounting operations, enterprise financial reporting, and regulatory compliance for the firm. Prior to joining E-Office Solutions, Mitch served as Director of Accounting and Finance at a tech startup supporting enterprise payroll providers such as UKG. He combines deep technical expertise with forward-thinking financial strategy to drive clarity, build trust, and position the company for scalable, long-term growth. Education: University of South Florida: Bachelor of Science in Accounting Currently sitting for CPA certification.

Guy Block
Controller
Guy joined E-Office in September of 2024. He is the Controller for the BB BHF Stores and has almost 30 years of accounting experience in the following industries: • Retail • Advertising • Computer Training • Autobody Consolidator • Not for Profits Education: Framingham State University – BS in Accounting and MBA. Guy has lived in Florida since October of 2014 moving from Boston, MA.

Tony Coleman
Fleet Manager
Tony joined in January 2020. Prior experience: He has over 26 years of Rent-To-Own (RTO) management experience, all of which was with Buddy’s Home Furnishings. Previous role at Buddy's: Before joining E-Office, he was the Banking and Auditing Manager for Buddy’s Corporate Office for over nine years. Areas of expertise: Accounting: He specializes in deposit reconciliation, particularly reconciling transactions between Merchant Service and Buddy's Point of Sale system. Auditing and loss prevention: His experience in banking and auditing is used to assist E-Office with chargebacks, NSF (non-sufficient funds), and loss prevention for their clients. Fleet management: He manages a fleet of over 400 vehicles for clients. Technology and data: He utilizes telematics to assist with driver safety and vehicle data to control maintenance and ownership costs. Management responsibilities: He also manages fuel and other expenses to reduce the cost of daily vehicle operations.

Stephanie May
Controller
With over 20 years of experience in the accounting field, Stephanie brings a wealth of expertise in financial management, auditing, and compliance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with an emphasis in Forensic Auditing and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA). Throughout her career, she has worked across a variety of industries — including construction, non-profits, government, and transportation — giving her a well-rounded understanding of how financial systems drive organizational success. Her experience includes job costing, contract accounting, fund management, and public sector budgeting, as well as financial analysis and reporting for complex operational environments. Known for her attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving skills, she is passionate about helping organizations stay financially strong, compliant, and efficient. She takes pride in simplifying complex financial processes and ensuring that every decision is backed by accurate, transparent data.

Frank Quintana
Controller
Frank Quintana recently joined the E-Office team to assist with a variety of accounting duties. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida Southern College and is currently working toward his master’s degree in accounting at Florida Atlantic University.

Denise Thompson
Controller
A skilled accounting professional with a solid academic background and a wide range of industry experience. Denise holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has worked across sectors including construction, non-profits, financial services, and rent-to-own franchises. She offers a practical, detail-oriented approach to financial management, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and customized support for each client’s unique needs.

Stephanie White
Controller
Stephanie joined E-Office in May 2016 and has worked with several of our clients. Currently she is the assistant controller for our Pet Supplies Plus and Wag N Wash franchises. Education: Polk State College: Associate degree in accounting Florida Southern College: Bachelor's in accounting (currently enrolled)
